This Bowie knife Ka-Bar Model 5 EK45 is updated version of the occupational Fighting knife. Tactical model has 1095 Cro-Van stainless parkerized bowie blade with black non-reflective coating and black glass-filled nylon handle with traditional X-head fasteners and stainless fingerguard. Lanyard hole. Black Celcon belt sheath with retaining strap, self-locking function and lashing holes. The John Ek Commando knife has been famous among U.S. military personnel and civilians alike since its first production in 1941. In 2015, Ka-Bar acquired the rights to the Ek Commando knife and continue the American legend in new ways.
