In 1991, in the USA, Keith Derkatz, an experienced hunter, founded the Katz Knives company. Today, the brand produces knives in all categories. These are hunting, cutting, tactical, fishing, tourist, military and collectible knives. Katz Knives is based in Arizona, but some models are manufactured at the best factories in Japan and Spain.
