The salmon knife from the FOUR STAR® range combines generations of craftsmanship, modern design and premium materials. This SIGMAFORGE® knife is forged from a single piece of steel to enable a precision edge and optimal cutting characteristics. The salmon knife helps you to easily cut wafer-thin slices. It also features a 31 cm FRIODUR® blade which undergoes special ice-hardening. The blade is not only slender with a smooth cutting edge but also, due to ice-hardening, extremely robust, flexible and corrosion-resistant.
The handle, bolster and blade run smoothly together and have no awkward edges. The bolster between the blade and handle provides balance for improved cutting results. It also prevents fingers from slipping. The solid plastic handle is also impact, scratch and temperature resistant. The salmon knife has an elegant, puristic look to round off the overall design. With this excellent salmon knife from ZWILLING, preparing fish and similar tasks are made easy.

Zwilling J.A. Henckels is one of the oldest brands in the kitchen industry, founded in 1731 in Solingen, Germany. The name "Zwilling" means "twins", and the logo with two people has long been a symbol of quality and trust. For almost three centuries, the brand has become a large international concern. Zwilling actively introduces modern developments: from cryogenic hardening of Friodur® steel to seamless laser grinding.
Zwilling kitchen knives are known worldwide for their quality, balanced geometry and durability. The most popular series, such as Pro, Four Star, Twin Pollux, and Twin Fin II can be found in professional and home kitchens around the world. All knives are made using stainless steel with additional cryohardening.
In addition to knives, Zwilling produces high-quality kitchenware: pots, pans, roasters, glass and vacuum cookware, as well as serving and storage products. The Zwilling Group also includes well-known brands: Staub (cast iron cookware from France), Ballarini (Italian non-stick cookware), Demeyere (Belgian steel cookware for professional chefs), and the Japanese premium brand of kitchen knives Miyabi.
