With the vegetable knife from ZWILLING's FOUR STAR® series, you can comfortably clean, peel and cut fruit and vegetables. It is equipped with a seamless, solid plastic handle for easy use. The premium vegetable knife copes with the highest demands and is suitable for both professional and amateur cooks. The knife’s durable blade is 7 cm long.
The FRIODUR® blade is ice-hardened in a special procedure developed by ZWILLING. This technology keeps the blade sharp, corrosion-resistant and flexible. A special steel is used in its manufacture that optimally combines carbon and chromium elements. This makes the vegetable knife robust and extremely durable. The blade's spine is straight and the cutting edge curves up to the tip. You can therefore easily cut fruit and vegetables without any rocking motion.
The bolster between the handle and blade provides balance so that the knife sits comfortably in the hand. The vegetable knife impresses with its excellent cutting characteristics. The knife from ZWILLING also features a simple yet elegant style. This premium vegetable knife helps in many routine tasks and is therefore essential for any kitchen.

Zwilling J.A. Henckels is one of the oldest brands in the kitchen industry, founded in 1731 in Solingen, Germany. The name "Zwilling" means "twins", and the logo with two people has long been a symbol of quality and trust. For almost three centuries, the brand has become a large international concern. Zwilling actively introduces modern developments: from cryogenic hardening of Friodur® steel to seamless laser grinding.
Zwilling kitchen knives are known worldwide for their quality, balanced geometry and durability. The most popular series, such as Pro, Four Star, Twin Pollux, and Twin Fin II can be found in professional and home kitchens around the world. All knives are made using stainless steel with additional cryohardening.
In addition to knives, Zwilling produces high-quality kitchenware: pots, pans, roasters, glass and vacuum cookware, as well as serving and storage products. The Zwilling Group also includes well-known brands: Staub (cast iron cookware from France), Ballarini (Italian non-stick cookware), Demeyere (Belgian steel cookware for professional chefs), and the Japanese premium brand of kitchen knives Miyabi.
