Description

Removing bones or sinew and fat is a tricky task which should not be undertaken with a large chef’s knife. You can easily hurt yourself, or cut too much of the delicious meat off. That’s why you need a ZWILLING boning knife; a perfect length at 14 cm. The slim blade makes light work of boning tasks.
The knife from the PROFESSIONAL “S“ range is used by professional chefs the world over because of its high-quality materials. The steel used in the special ZWILLING manufacturing process has the perfect chromium and carbon content, and the knife is precision-forged from a single piece of steel. The FRIODUR® blade is also enhanced by a special ice-hardening technique which makes the boning knife particularly corrosion-resistant and flexible with excellent cutting properties.
The bolster is seamless, ensuring no annoying edges to the knife. The handle is made of a plain black synthetic material and has three rivets. So you have a classic traditional boning knife which is sharp and flexible - a must in any kitchen.

Zwilling J.A. Henckels is one of the oldest brands in the kitchen industry, founded in 1731 in Solingen, Germany. The name "Zwilling" means "twins", and the logo with two people has long been a symbol of quality and trust. For almost three centuries, the brand has become a large international concern. Zwilling actively introduces modern developments: from cryogenic hardening of Friodur® steel to seamless laser grinding.

Zwilling kitchen knives are known worldwide for their quality, balanced geometry and durability. The most popular series, such as Pro, Four Star, Twin Pollux, and Twin Fin II can be found in professional and home kitchens around the world. All knives are made using stainless steel with additional cryohardening.

In addition to knives, Zwilling produces high-quality kitchenware: pots, pans, roasters, glass and vacuum cookware, as well as serving and storage products. The Zwilling Group also includes well-known brands: Staub (cast iron cookware from France), Ballarini (Italian non-stick cookware), Demeyere (Belgian steel cookware for professional chefs), and the Japanese premium brand of kitchen knives Miyabi.
