Condor Biker's knife by Tony Lennartz was designed as an all-purpose tool for the motorcycle enthusiast. The designer is familiar with motorcycles since the age of 16, participating in public motocross races as a driver and later in the police service, combining both the passion for the sport, but also some of the hassles of motorcycling, such as missing a small but qualified tool to fix a fault. The creation of the Biker's Knife was intended to address this situation, featuring a shapely, light knife with tool attributes to make life easier for the biker on the street.
The blade is 4.72" (119.8 mm). Overall length is 9.02" (229 mm). Weight: 6.7 oz. (190 g).

Japanese Sakai Takayuki Ajikiri Inox knife with 12cm blade. Ajikiri or Ko-Deba commonly used in coastal areas of Japan to fillet and butterfly small saltwater fish, particularly Aji (Japanese horse mackerel) - hence the alternative name of Aji-deba, or Aji-kiri. However, it is just as adept at dealing with small freshwater fish, such as trout. The Ko-deba is useful knife for home cooks that prefer to clean and fillet the smaller sizes of fish themselves, rather than buy fish which have already been filleted.
