Zero Tolerance 0460TI stylish folder is all titanium. Designed by Dmitry Sinkevich, the 0460TI is based on his Polychotky Jr. 
The 3.25" (8.3 cm) blade steel is CPM-20CV for toughness and resistance to edge chipping with no loss of wear resistance. Rich in niobium, vanadium, and chromium carbides, it enables a sharp, long-lasting edge. For sharp looks, ZT gives the blade a two-tone finish: stonewashed on the flats and machine satin on the grinds.
The knife opens with ZT’s KVT ball-bearing opening and a flipper. A titanium frame lock with hardened steel lockbar insert secures the blade safely open during use. A matte black anodized aluminum backspacer adds a handsome decorative touch. And finally, the black backspacer is complemented by black hardware and a reversible, black pocket clip. Zero Tolerance 0357BW folder is premium made simple – a working knife built for tough conditions. A 3.25" (8.3 cm) drop point black washed blade gives users plenty of edge for cutting tasks. High-end CPM-20CV blade steel provides reliable edge retention and corrosion resistance. Black G10 is machined on both the front and back of the handle. The 0357BW model is an assisted knife, featuring ZT's SpeedSafe system (Assisted Opening). Simply pull back on the flipper to easily open the knife every time. Zero Tolerance 0308 stylish folder is for those who prefer their knives on the larger side. The 0308 knife offers a beefy 3.75" (9.5 cm) blade of premium CPM-20CV stainless steel. The handle features coyote tan G10 on the front scale with a titanium back. Both front and back are heavily 3D machined for an ultra-secure grip. The 0.25-inch solid pivot features a custom nut that enables it to be adjusted in the field with a 0.5-inch wrench.

The Zero Tolerance 0770 is an assisted opening folder. Get the style and performance of Zero Tolerance's award-winning 0777 in a slightly smaller, streamlined version. The blade is premium stainless steel and provides a razor edge, excellent edge retention, strength, and toughness. The thin handles are carbon fiber with steel liners. The popular 0460 now has a bigger, bolder brother. This super-sized version of the 0460, designed by Dmitry Sinkevich, features a larger, 3.75" upswept blade of CPM-20CV stainless steel. CPM-20CV delivers superior hardness and corrosion resistance, along with toughness, wear resistance, and excellent edge retention. The 0462 also features a colored carbon fiber front scale with a deep-red weave of color. The back is titanium with an attractive stonewashed finish. The 0462 locks up securely thanks to a frame lock with hardened steel lockbar insert. Like many ZTs, the 0462 opens quickly and easily with the KVT ball-bearing system and a built-in flipper. And while the first thing that will catch your notice about this big knife is that sweeping blade and handle curve, we urge you to look closer. ZT has added details to the interior of the 0462's handle that are just waiting to be discovered.

Zero Tolerance provides a dark, refined alternative to the original 0450 with the 0450CF. This sophisticated ZT is a smaller option in the ZT family, yet offers a robust combination of durable, premium-quality materials. The blade steel is CPM S35VN for exceptional toughness, wear resistance, and edge retention. The S35VN blade is DLC coated for matte-black good looks and enhanced performance. The front handle scale is carbon fiber, balancing the knife’s solid construction with lightweight convenience. The DLC-coated titanium back handle offers a secure frame lock—so you can always cut with confidence. As an extra visual touch, ZT has added two emerald-green anodized-aluminum tube spacers that are especially eye-catching, standing out against the black handle. The 0450CF takes advantage of ZT’s KVT ball-bearing system to enable smooth, easy opening for either left- or right-handed users. The Zero Tolerance 0450CF, designed by Dmitry Sinkevich, is one of ZT’s top-selling knives. But some knife users have been asking for a little more—a little more size, a little more handle curve, a little more carbon fiber, a little more Sinkevich. ZT's answer? The new 0460. In size, it’s slightly larger than the 0450, but not as large as the 0452CF. The blade steel is CPM S35VN for enhanced toughness and resistance to edge chipping with no loss of wear resistance. Rich in niobium, vanadium, and chromium carbides, it enables a sharp, long-lasting edge. For sharp looks, ZT gives the blade a two-tone finish: stonewashed on the flats and satin on the grinds. Based on Dmitry’s Polychotky Jr., the 0460’s carbon-fiber-and-titanium handle has a pronounced ergonomic curve to fit into the hollow of the hand neatly. The front scale is bronze carbon fiber. This relatively recently developed composite material offers the benefits of carbon fiber, but with the ability to colorize the material as well—in the case of the 0460, the color is an attractive bronze. We partially 3D machined the front handle for dimensionality and grip as well. The handle back is titanium with a titanium frame lock and hardened steel lockbar insert. A matte black anodized aluminum backspacer adds a handsome decorative touch. The black Teflon®-coated pocketclip lets you carry the ZT comfortably every day.

Designed by Tim Galyean and precision built by Zero Tolerance, the 0022 practically disappears in your pocket—until it’s needed. Of course, the 0022 is adept at a full range of cutting tasks around home and office. Yet we’re sure that some of you will also find it a useful accompaniment to deep thought, flipping it open and closed, again and again. The 0022’s under-two-inch blade is made of CPM 20CV steel for superior hardness and corrosion resistance, as well as toughness, wear resistance, and excellent edge retention. The handle features a carbon fiber front scale with stonewashed titanium back. And even though it’s small, the 0022 is designed for hand comfort with deep finger contours to ensure a good grip. For eye-catching looks, ZT added a decorative pivot with a blue-anodized pivot ring and matching tube spacers, which make an attractive contrast with the dark carbon fiber. ZT’s smooth KVT ball-bearing opening makes it quick, easy—and somewhat addictive—to open and close the 0022. Whether as an office-appropriate EDC or even as a backup knife, the compact 0022 packs an outsized punch of performance and quality.

The pockets are deep and well padded. The pockets are snug, so your knives stay securely in place, and they're large enough to accommodate even our largest knives. There are five pockets on each side of the case, plus an eight-pocket insert secured in place with Velcro.

The folding knife Zero Tolerance Assisted Opening 0350 is smaller and weighs less than some of our larger ZT models. Yet it packs a lot of features into a size that some users prefer, especially for every day carry. Like its larger counterpart, the 0350 features the patented SpeedSafe® assisted opening system. Deploy the blade quickly and easily, even in gloves, using the ambidextrous flipper. The ZT 0350’s blade is S30V stainless steel with non-reflective black Tungsten DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating. S30V steel is extremely durable, corrosion resistant, and wear resistant. In addition to providing a non-reflective surface, the black Tungsten DLC coating offers additional blade hardness and reduces friction. This high-performance S30V blade is paired with textured black G-10 scales for a secure grip and excellent mechanical strength even under the roughest conditions. The scales are flat rather than 3D machined like those of the 0300. A locking liner secures the blade during use. The 0350 also includes ZT’s Quad-mount system for complete versatility. Mount the pocketclip in any of four ways: tip-up, tip-down, on the left side, or the right. There’s a pre-drilled lanyard hole for users who prefer to attach a lanyard.

The original Zero Tolerance 0454 was an award-winning collaboration between ZT and custom knife designer Dmitry Sinkevich. But it was also a very Limited Edition knife. So ZT is doing something about that with the new 0450. While based on the original’s streamlined form and high-performance function, this new and more compact version will be much more readily available. With its 3.25-inch blade and lightweight-yet-stronger-than-steel titanium handles, the 0450 has a sleek and sophisticated look that, we think, makes it a perfect EDC. ZT built it with an S35VN stainless blade that sharpens to a razor edge, holds it well, and can be resharpened easily. The knife opens smoothly and easily with the KVT ball-bearing opening system and built-in flipper. A titanium frame lock with hardened steel lockbar insert ensures solid lock up. Polished pivot hardware just adds to the 0450's refined good looks.

In response to customer requests, ZT is proud to introduce the 0350. It’s slightly smaller and slightly lighter than the 0300—10% to be precise—but just as aggressive. The 0350 is fully equipped with SpeedSafe® for one-handed assisted opening. Even in combat gloves, you can easily deploy the blade using the large, ambidextrous thumb stud or blade protrusion. The blade is S30V stainless steel with Tungsten DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating. S30V provides extreme durability, while the black Tungsten DLC is non-reflective, enhances hardness, and reduces friction drag. Textured, matte-black G-10 scales provide a secure grip. Includes a quad mounting system for tip-up, tip-down, left- or right-handed clip carry.
