Cold Steel Spartan 21ST is a strong and durable knife created by designer Andrew Demko. The blade is made of Japanese AUS-10A steel with stonewash treatment. The black handle is made of ultra-strong Griv-Ex plastic reinforced with fiberglass. Spartan is equipped with an absolutely reliable proprietary Tri-AD lock, patented by Cold Steel. A special plate is installed on top of the blade, by hooking it into your pocket you take out the tool ready for use. Spartan is great for cutting anything from sausage to rope. A fairly aggressive sharpening angle and a wide working surface in combination with an S-shaped blade and a powerful blade allow this knife to perform a fairly wide range of tasks.
