Spyderco Folding knives
Spyderco manufactures high quality folding knives since year 1978. The most famous models are: Endura, Delica, Para Military, Ladybug and other. The biggest part of Spyderco folding knives has an opening hole on the blade. The most commonly used handle materials are FRN and G10. Spyderco uses a lot of different steels for knife making. It was the first company, who used a powder steel for folding knives production. Almost all Spyderco folding knives have a pocket clip.

Following the tragic events of September 11, 2001, the carry of any type of knife aboard an airplane was strictly prohibited. In early 2013, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) announced a plan to change U.S. security regulations and once again allow knives on airplanes.
Although the plan was later withdrawn, Spyderco had already risen to the occasion by designing a highly functional non-locking pocketknife that would have conformed with the TSA’s proposed guidelines. That knife is the Roadie.

The tough, fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handle scales of this knife are injection molded in black accented by a bright blue lining. When assembled with a matching blue FRN backspacer it creates a compelling visual metaphor for the "thin blue line."
Unlike the standard expression of this model, the VG-10 stainless steel blade combines the low-friction edge geometry of a full-flat grind with the extreme cutting power of Spyderco serrations. It is also laser engraved with the motto "To Serve and Protect" to honor the service and sacrifice of law enforcement professionals.
