Due Cigni Bread knife from Maniago line. New series Italian kitchen design in Ebony wood, carefully crafted by hand. Bread blade is made of XSKS - 12C27 steel with satin coating, length 22 cm Hardness HRC 55-57. The comfortable handle is made of Ebony dark wood. Treated ebony wood has a very high resistance. The natural pattern formed by fibers and layers of wood gives an elegant shade to this highly professional product.
