The filleting knife Marttiini Classic Superflex is ideal for cutting small fish, such as perch. The total length is 20 cm. The blade is made of stainless steel and is even more flexible than before. The handle is made of heat-treated Finnish birch. Laser-etched patterns on the handle create a textured surface for a more secure grip. The handle is covered with protective wax. We recommend hand washing. This knife is supplied with a leather sheath.
