The Superflex knife from Marttiini from the Classic series is perfect for processing fish weighing about 2-3 kg. Overall length 31 cm. The super flexible blade is made of stainless steel. The comfortable handle is made of heat-treated Finnish birch. Laser engraving on the handle creates a textured surface for a more secure grip. The handle is covered with protective wax. We recommend hand washing. Marttiini knife is equipped with brown leather sheath.
