Description

The knife Laguiole en Aubrac Amourette-Wood L0312AMI/FSI1 has original handle made of amourette wood. Guaranteed old-fashioned hand-made by cutler, qualified Master Craftsman. These bespoke creations represent the result of meticulous work. Each model is unique. "Shepherd's cross" inlay stamped on the handley.  The traditional Laguiole shape is native to the Aveyron village of the same name. The Laguiole knives are distinguished by their characteristic curved shape. The bolsters are made of stainless steel. The length knife closed: 120 mm long.
