Description
This Japanese whetstone stone Matsunaga King Home KG-65 220\1000 grit (rough grinding / medium finishing). Size 185 x 63 x 25 mm. Before use soak the stone in water until bubbles stop surfacing. Keep it wet by sprinkling with water during sharpening. Dry completely before returning the stone into the box to avoid molding and decreasing quality. Plastic Stand for 220\1000 stone included.
Matsunaga
The Japanese sharpening stone manufacturer Matsunaga, in Osaka, with King and Sun Tiger among its brands, is the oldest and best-known maker of Japanese whetstones in the West. King stones are relatively soft and pleasant to use, because one can see and feel how the stone cuts the surface.
