Description

The Due Cigni 1896 Paring knife is proudly made in Italy, a stamp of quality in both design and manufacture. For peeling, slicing and delicate work it is invaluable. Due Cigni uses German 4116 X50CrMoV15 stainless steel for 1896 series. The handle is Walnut wood which has a lovely feel and attractive grain.
