The paring and garnishing knife from ZWILLING is a practical aid to a range of kitchen tasks such as peeling fruit and vegetables or chopping food into smaller pieces. With a short 10 cm blade it is especially suited for smaller sized ingredients. A precision cutting edge gives the knife a sharpness that effortlessly cuts through small and medium sized pieces of meat. The paring and garnishing knife has many uses and no kitchen should be without one.
Premium materials are used in the manufacturing of this all-round knife. The steel in the FRIODUR® blade is made from a stainless special formula steel with an ice-hardened finish for extreme robustness as well as flexibility. The material is also rust-free. The knife is made from a single piece of steel to make it highly stable and durable for many years of use, aided by a seamless plastic, ergonomically designed handle. The knife then sits nicely in the hand to enable precision cutting even for the most difficult of tasks. With the paring and garnishing knife from the FOUR STAR® range, kitchen work is made easier.

Zwilling J.A. Henckels is one of the oldest brands in the kitchen industry, founded in 1731 in Solingen, Germany. The name "Zwilling" means "twins", and the logo with two people has long been a symbol of quality and trust. For almost three centuries, the brand has become a large international concern. Zwilling actively introduces modern developments: from cryogenic hardening of Friodur® steel to seamless laser grinding.
Zwilling kitchen knives are known worldwide for their quality, balanced geometry and durability. The most popular series, such as Pro, Four Star, Twin Pollux, and Twin Fin II can be found in professional and home kitchens around the world. All knives are made using stainless steel with additional cryohardening.
In addition to knives, Zwilling produces high-quality kitchenware: pots, pans, roasters, glass and vacuum cookware, as well as serving and storage products. The Zwilling Group also includes well-known brands: Staub (cast iron cookware from France), Ballarini (Italian non-stick cookware), Demeyere (Belgian steel cookware for professional chefs), and the Japanese premium brand of kitchen knives Miyabi.
