The blades are made from ZWILLING’s special formula steel, which has a perfect balance of chromium and carbon. This results in high-quality steel, which is further enhanced by special ice-hardening. Lastly, the 2 piece knife set is corrosion resistant and flexible. The knives also have a bevelled edge, so you can cut up to the bolster. You can and peel vegetables and fruit with ease without much force. There is also a high quality, ergonomically designed black handle.
