This Laguiole en Aubrac Origin Concorde Black L0112ANI/SSI1 knife handcrafted with steel from the famous Concorde Aircraft. The traditional Laguiole shape is native to the Aveyron village of the same name. The Laguiole knives are distinguished by their characteristic curved shape. The bolsters are made of stainless steel. The length knife closed: 120 mm. Knife comes with a special gift box. Limited Edition : This knife is made of pieces based on materials coming from the "Concorde"* Pieces coming from the world famous supersonic aircraft "Concorde" bought by LAGUIOLE TRADITION at an auction on 09/29/2007 in Toulouse, organized by l’AEROTHEQUE.
