Böhler N690 Steel Knives

Bohler N690 steel is a corrosion-resistant steel alloyed with cobalt. The steel producer is the Austrian metallurgical concern Bohler-Uddeholm AG. Steel N690 can be hardened to 60-62 RHC. Bohler N690 steel knives do not rust for a long time and remain resistant to various loads, which is especially important for tactical knives and survival knives. Therefore, such manufacturers as Extrema Ratio, Boker and others make knives from Bohler N690 steel. Bohler N690 steel knives are easy to sharpen.

The full tang blade measures 4.625" in length, made from N690Co stainless steel with a black PVD stonewashed finish. The handle is done in Bastien's signature custom style cord wrap and is extremely comfortable to hold and to use with a one-inch diameter pinky ring for maximum security during tactical maneuvers. The friction fit Kydex sheath included a Tek-Lok style retention clip so you can carry it in a number of different orientations depending on your preference. Fit it to your belt or hang it around your neck, this knife makes both a great tactical tool as well as a functional EDC fixed blade.
