The Ahti 9617rst is called the Janka, which translates into a landscape type in northern Finland. This is a stainless version of a basic knife for hunting and utility use.
Blade of Ahti Jänkä finnish knife is stainless steel. Handle is natural curly birch with a nickle silver bolster and a brown fiber spacer between the bolster and curly birch. Sheath is light brown stained vegetable tanned leather with an eagle stamped into the sheath.
