The blade is made of high-quality stainless steel with a chromium content of approximately 14.5% and molybdenum, providing excellent corrosion resistance, good edge retention, and ease of maintenance. This steel is well suited for use in wet conditions and requires little maintenance. The handle is made of Karelian birch, a traditional material for Finnish knives. This wood is prized for its beautiful natural texture and exceptional durability. The knife comes with a durable genuine leather sheath that securely holds the knife and allows for comfortable belt carry. The classic sheath design ensures quick access and safe transport.

Ahti is a Finnish knife brand (puukko) produced in the town of Kauhava, Finland. The company is run by blacksmith Reino Kamppila, who together with his son has been making knives by hand for many years. Each Ahti knife is created individually by the maker. The brand’s assortment includes only fixed blade knives suitable for outdoor use and as an EDC knife. Most models are equipped with a carbon steel blade.
