Tojiro F-346 medium-sized Japanese kitchen cutting board. Made from Paulownia wood. Paulownia ("Adam's tree") is a deciduous tree used to make the finest cutting boards in Japan. It does not absorb moisture and dries completely within 10 minutes of use. Moisture does not leave dark marks or damage on this wood, as occurs with boards made of other woods. Paulownia also does not absorb food odors and does not emit any odor itself. Its unique properties include virtually complete surface restoration after use. The wood's structure resembles very hard rubber. Dimensions: 450 x 295 x 20 mm, weight: 720 g.
