The filleting knife Marttiini Classic 15 826014t is an excellent tool for processing fish weighing about 1 kg. The blade is made of stainless steel. The Martef coating reduces friction to almost zero while protecting the blade against corrosion. The flexible and sharp blade ensures accurate cutting of fillets. Total length 27 cm. The textured rubber handle and the finger guard ensure a firm grip of the knife even in difficult conditions. The delivery set includes a traditional leather sheath in a natural color. We recommend hand washing.
