Marttiini Condor 7.5 " filleting knife with the patented design of the Condor series. The flexible and extremely sharp stainless steel 19 cm blade ensures clean-cut fillets. Overall length 31 cm. This size is of blade is best suited for processing fish of about 1 kg.
