Handcrafted Japanese knife gyuto by Misuzu Hamono. 24 cm blade has a core made of AUS-10 steel with stainless steel damascus cover. This Misuzu Hamono gyuto chef knife weights about 140 g. Traditional Japanese d-shape magnolia wooden handle with buffalo horn ferrule. Gyuto is a Japanese style chef knife for any kitchen tasks. Since 2006, the main blacksmith of Misuzu Hamono has been Yamato Miyawaki. Misuzu Hamono Japanese kitchen knives are handmade in Japan.

The Misuzu Hamono workshop is located in the Japanese city of Miki. Since 1946, Misuzu Hamono has been manufacturing Japanese kitchen knives using sanmai technology - when the blade core, forged from carbon steel, is protected from the outside with stainless steel clad. Since 2006, the main master of Misuzu Hamono has been Yamato Miyawaki. Misuzu Hamono Japanese kitchen knives are handmade in Japan.
