Description
Hasegawa Cooking board scrapper is 115x50x30mm overall. Designed for rubbing the cutting board to smooth the surface. Consist of two sides: Rough and Smoother. Apply the rough side first and finish with smoother side. Can be used with other kitchen wear made of wood or resin.
Hasegawa Japanese cutting boards are suitable for both home and professional use. They feature a multi-layer construction, with a lightweight wooden core on the inside and a soft polymer coating on the outside. Hasegawa boards do not absorb moisture or odors.
