The Mcusta Zanmai whetstone is designed for basic sharpening. Grit: #1000. Dimensions: 20.6 x 7.62 x 3.81 cm. Before use, soak the Mcusta Zanmai sharpening stone in water until no more air bubbles are released. During sharpening, periodically moisten the surface. The abrasive dust created by grinding the stone mixes with water to form a paste that softens the sharpening, which is especially important when sharpening blades made of hard steel.
