Description

The small Zwilling Pro Wood kitchen knife is ideal for peeling and slicing fruits, vegetables, and meat. It boasts a comfortable grip and a narrow blade. The FRIODUR blade is ice-hardened. The sharpening angle is optimized to approximately 30° (15° on each side), ensuring superior cutting performance. ZWILLING's state-of-the-art V-Edge laser technology ensures a very sharp edge. The oak handle has a natural grain, making each knife unique. The curved bolster provides a finger rest and optimal balance.
