Description

Claude Dozorme steak set of 6 pcs and wooden block. These meat knives have a smooth blade that allows you to cut the meat easily without tearing it. The blade is made of X50CrMoV15 steel, a very high quality steel that gives the knife an excellent cutting edge, a very good hold on the wire and allows an easy resharpening.

Claude Dozorme is a renowned French company that manufactures knives and cutlery. Founded over a century ago by Blaise Dozorme, nicknamed "The Wolf", the company has remained a family business to this day. Currently, the Claude Dozorme knife factory is run by the founder's great-granddaughter, Claudine Dozorme. In 2008, the French Ministry of Culture awarded the Claude Dozorme factory the honorary title of "Cultural Heritage Enterprise" as the custodian and owner of unique knife and wine accessory manufacturing technologies.

All knives are made exclusively in France, using high-quality steel, fine wood, horn and other natural materials.
