The 6 cm blade of the ZWILLING TWIN® Grip peeling knife is ideal for peeling vegetables and fruit. The tip of the curved blade can also be used to remove spots and blemishes.
With its ergonomically designed black handle, the knife sits comfortably in the hand for precision cutting. The seamless solid plastic handle is also durable for many years of usage.
The blade is made from ZWILLING's stainless special formula steel whose secret lies in an optimal combination of chromium and carbon elements. The FRIODUR® blade also undergoes a special ice-hardening process to give a high level of corrosion-resistance and good cutting results.
A bolster prevents fingers from slipping so offers safety as well as an elegant look. The blade is made from a single piece of steel to provide a balanced knife with a precision edge for reliable cutting.

Zwilling J.A. Henckels is one of the oldest brands in the kitchen industry, founded in 1731 in Solingen, Germany. The name "Zwilling" means "twins", and the logo with two people has long been a symbol of quality and trust. For almost three centuries, the brand has become a large international concern. Zwilling actively introduces modern developments: from cryogenic hardening of Friodur® steel to seamless laser grinding.
Zwilling kitchen knives are known worldwide for their quality, balanced geometry and durability. The most popular series, such as Pro, Four Star, Twin Pollux, and Twin Fin II can be found in professional and home kitchens around the world. All knives are made using stainless steel with additional cryohardening.
In addition to knives, Zwilling produces high-quality kitchenware: pots, pans, roasters, glass and vacuum cookware, as well as serving and storage products. The Zwilling Group also includes well-known brands: Staub (cast iron cookware from France), Ballarini (Italian non-stick cookware), Demeyere (Belgian steel cookware for professional chefs), and the Japanese premium brand of kitchen knives Miyabi.
