In the Italian city of cutlery, Maniago, DUE CIGNI (Two Swans) has been producing with passion kitchen scissors and knives of high quality for over a century.   Due Cigni uses German 4116 X50CrMoV15 stainless steel for 1896 series. The handle is Walnut wood which has a lovely feel and attractive grain.  Weight about 70 g. Not allowed to wash in dishwasher.
