Yu Kurosaki Senko ZSE-165NA Nakiri knife with 165 mm blade. This Yu Kurosaki series features S/S Clad SG2 powdered steel tsuchime-finished blade. The blade surface has a unique hammered Senkou texture which represents Japanese fireworks. A really nice octagon handle made of oak. Handmade by Mr. Yu Kurosaki. Yu Kurosaki works in Takefu Knife Village where he apprenticed with Hiroshi Kato.
