Böker Applegate-Fairbairn 5.5 version. Nearly no other custom knife maker influenced the tactical knife scene like William H. "Bill" Harsey. His designs created an excellent reputation in the world of the tactical knives. His custom versions are asked for worldwide and they are hard to get. We are glad, that Bill starts with Boker a new collaboration for our serial production. We begin with a modification of the legendary Applegate-Fairbairn dagger. The Harsey 5.5 is in use with several elite units around the world and it will be paired with modern features into a highly functional knife concept. The blade length offer the perfect compromise between the ability to carry it and utility. The enlarged width and the better geometry of the double edged and finely bead blasted 440-C high performance steel blade improve the cutting abilities. The tang reaches out of the end of the handle and it can be used as a windowbreaker. The CNC machined handles, made of green canvas micarta, are extremely durable and comfortable and these offer even in wet environments a perfect grip. It comes with a premium tactical sheath made by Spec-Ops Brand (USA) in black. The sheath can be mounted in different positions and it has a pouch on top (for a multi tool or anything similar, not included!). Overall length 27 cm. Blade 14 cm. Thickness 5 mm. Weight 241 g.

Extrema Ratio Herring was developed in collaboration with 185th RRAO and adopted as a ceremonial commemorative dagger for the 20 years since the regiment’s constitution and 75 years since the Herring mission. The Tactical knife Extrema Ratio K1 Dobermann XXV Anniversary has a modified Spear point blade, whose tip is a combination of tanto style at 40° and a more traditional European style, resulting in a very sharp but solid hybrid. It also has a sharp false edge that makes it very effective at thrusting. It has a high bevel that allows a very efficient cutting edge.This special edition of 250 pieces, designed for the 25th anniversary of the brand, maintains the shape of the original knife but with up-to-date materials and finishing. The blade is made of Böhler N690 steel, heat treated at 58 HRC, to reach the best combination of edge retention and resistance. It has a satin finish and a flat grind. The Anticorodal anodized handle has a lighter design compared to its original – a design that characterises Extrema Ratio knives – but it keeps the arched shape and the lateral “bump” of the K1, allowing an excellent grip in bot saber and reverse mode. The bottom part of the handle is curved to create a sort of hook for easily and rapidly pulling the knife out of the sheath, whereas the pommel stick out as a triangular glass breaker that can become a lanyard hole. The leather sheath is the exact replica of the original, retaining its features of rapid and easy extraction. The knife can be carried upwards underarm, horizontally with a belt or tactically in the leg. K1 comes with a Polypropylene case, a complete leather sheath and a shoulder strap to carry the knife underarm. Weight is 493 gr.

Forged in the classic shape from 1090 high carbon steel with a wide, thick blade it measures a full 12 long and offers extensive hand filed jimping along the spine. The handle of Facon is also hand carved in traditional fashion out of exotic Malaysian Sal Wood and is capped fore and aft with a nickeled steel bolster and pommel. Even the scabbard of big Facon continues to follow Argentinas tradition by being molded out of thick black leather that is sewn with a center seam and equipped with a fancy nickeled steel chape.
The Facon is the national knife of Argentina where the Gauchos made it famous as its large and simply shaped blade proved ideal for everything from dispatching game and livestock to repairing tack and saddles to cooking and eating the evening meal. With a blade that resembles an oversized chef knife the Facon can trace its roots back to the 14th century where it was widely used and carried by just about everyone, from peasant and serf all the way up to the landed nobility.
