Cold Steel is one of the most famous brands in the world of knives and edged weapons. The company was founded in 1980 in California by American Lynn Thompson. From the very beginning, Cold Steel sought to create knives that can withstand extreme loads. Cold Steel is also an innovator in the field of steel - the company was one of the first to use CPM-3V and CTS-XHP in mass production.
