Die Messer dieser Serie verfügen über leistungsstarke Klingen aus deutschem Edelstahl 4116, die für höchste Schneidkraft eisgehärtet, tieftemperaturbehandelt und anschließend in Präzisionsarbeit flachgeschliffen wurden. Alle Modelle dieser Kollektion verfügen über eine rasiermesserscharfe, extrem langlebige Schneide, und einige der Klingen sind mit einem Wellenschliff versehen, der ganz gezielt den vorgesehenen Aufgaben der jeweiligen Messer angepasst wurde. Ab 2016 präsentieren sich die Griffe der Kitchen Classics im neuen Design und sorgen für noch sichereren, dennoch bequemen Halt. Sie bestehen aus einem stabilen, widerstandsfähigen Kern aus Zy-Ex™, umhüllt von einer weicheren, lebensmittelechten Außenschicht aus Kray-Ex™, die man einfach gespürt haben muss, um die wahre Bedeutung von Rutschfestigkeit zu verstehen!
