Description

Chef's knife Gyuto Ittetsu with a blade length of 21 cm. The handle is made of mahogany. The blade of this chef knife is made of VG10 Damascus steel, 33 layers, hammered finish. Hand wash only with warm water and towel dry. Japanese kitchen knives have a very thin blade, so it is not allowed to cut any hard foods. Ittetsu knives are made in  Echizen city, Japan.
