Ittetsu

Ittetsu knives are handcrafted in Echizen, Japan by various master smiths. Most Ittetsu Japanese kitchen knives feature a triple-layer steel blade with an inner layer of Shirogami steel and are hardened to approximately 60 HRC. The Kurouchi finish gives the knives a classic Japanese look and a slightly more rustic feel. If you are looking for an authentic and affordable Japanese kitchen knife, Ittetsu is a great choice. The sharpness and durability of the blade are excellent, so it is worth emphasizing the good value for money of these high-quality knives. Ittetsu has all the popular models of Japanese kitchen knives: santoku, gyuto chef's knife, nakiri, yanagiba and others.
