Kershaw Professional kitchen knives set includes 13" overall chef's knife with 8" blade, 10.5" overall utility knife with 6" blade and 8" overall paring knife with 3.75" blade.

The blades are made of Japanese AUS6M stainless steel, hand sharpened and finished to a 16° cutting edge on each side—much sharper than standard Western-style knives. Full-tang construction and a riveted POM handles. Recommended hand-washing.
