This meat knife with a 16 cm blade is designed for precise cutting and slicing. The narrow blade easily slices meat and other foods into thin, even slices. The ZWILLING VIER STERNE series has been the benchmark for German quality for nearly half a century, combining time-tested technology with high reliability. This new version of the classic line features an updated design with a handle made of certified Kochibe wood. The blade is forged from a single piece of signature ZWILLING steel. Thanks to FRIODUR cryogenic hardening, the knife retains its sharpness for long periods of time, is highly durable, and is reliably protected from corrosion. A precise V-shaped sharpening ensures excellent cutting properties. A solid bolster improves the knife's balance and provides a secure grip. The seamless, one-piece blade and handle joint meet the highest hygiene standards.
Zwilling J.A. Henckels is one of the oldest brands in the kitchen industry, founded in 1731 in Solingen, Germany. The name "Zwilling" means "twins", and the logo with two people has long been a symbol of quality and trust. For almost three centuries, the brand has become a large international concern. Zwilling actively introduces modern developments: from cryogenic hardening of Friodur® steel to seamless laser grinding.
