Description
Due Cigni Coquus Santoku is suitable for almost all cutting tasks. The Coquus series is inspired by the Maniago line (designed by the founder Oreste Frati) and combines the tradition of the region with craftsmanship and high-quality materials. The blade is made of X50CrMOV15 stainless steel. The handle is made of ergonomically shaped smoked oak.
