Yu Kurosaki Shizuku Bunka knife with 165 mm blade. This Yu Kurosaki series features R2 tsuchime-finish blades. This bunka knife has an incredible level of finish and polish, with Kurosaki's signature "Shizuku" Tsuchime patterns that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The octagonal handle is made this time of oak and water-resistant wenge wood, which are separated from each other by a ring of natural turquoise. Wash and dry with a soft sponge, and safely store after use. Avoid cutting into bones, frozen foods, hard fruit pits. Recommended cutting surface: wood, rubberized boards and high-end composites, and quality plastics such as polyethene make acceptable cutting surfaces, and will help protect and prolong knife’s edge. Yu Kurosaki started to make knives when he was 12 years old. He studied the art of knife making under the master Hiroshi Kato. Now Yu Kurosaki in one of well-known and famous Japanese blacksmiths. He won a lot of top awards. Kurosaki knives are known by unique Tsuchime and Suminagashi finish.
