The ZWILLING Pro Wood chef's knife is the perfect all-purpose tool for your kitchen. It makes chopping herbs, vegetables, and meat a breeze. The oak handle has a beautiful texture, feels comfortable in the hand, and doesn't absorb moisture. The curved bolster ensures a well-balanced grip, allowing for safe and precise cutting with the entire blade. The blades are ice-hardened, making them particularly corrosion-resistant yet flexible. The knife is sharpened on both sides at an optimal angle of approximately 30° (15° on each side). This ensures a high level of sharpness, allowing you to effortlessly perform all cutting tasks in the kitchen. We do not recommend washing the ZWILLING Pro Wood chef's knife in the dishwasher, as this dulls the cutting edge and adversely affects the wooden handle scales.
Zwilling J.A. Henckels is one of the oldest brands in the kitchen industry, founded in 1731 in Solingen, Germany. The name "Zwilling" means "twins", and the logo with two people has long been a symbol of quality and trust. For almost three centuries, the brand has become a large international concern. Zwilling actively introduces modern developments: from cryogenic hardening of Friodur® steel to seamless laser grinding.
