Description

Really versatile Japanese kitchen santoku knife by Ikeda San,master knifemaker from the famous village of Takefu. The blade, 17 cm long, is made of Chromax steel developed in the village, which, in its properties, came as close as possible to carbon steels, while being stainless. The non-slip and durable polyurethane handle complements the modern look of the knife, and it also feels really comfortable in the hand. The balance and sharpness of this handmade santoku will definitely not leave anyone indifferent.
