The Roselli Japanese chef's knife R710P is very suitable for all cooking needs. The knife is made from carbon steel and its blade is slightly narrower than Small chef's, but the greater weight of the blade adds to its striking force. The handle and the knife rack, that comes with it, are both made from birch with a linseed oil coating. This gift edition also includes a sharpening tool.
