Le Sujihiki est un couteau à trancher à double tranchant doté d'une lame longue et étroite qui tranche en douceur la viande ou les légumes et préserve l'intégrité de la fraîcheur de chaque ingrédient. Le Zuiun est un modèle spécial fabriqué pour célébrer le centenaire de l'entreprise. Les couteaux Seki Kanetsugu Zuiun ont des lames avec un motif « hamon » ondulé semblable aux épées japonaises. Dans son incarnation actuelle, Seki Kanetsugu Cutlery fabrique des lames modernes qui présentent les caractéristiques des épées japonaises : incassables, inflexibles et très tranchantes. La société a également insufflé au Zuiun l’esprit de ces épées. La lame est fabriquée selon la technique San Mai, où le noyau est en acier poudré rapide SPG2 (Super Powder Gold 2) et recouvert de damas 62 couches. Le revêtement de lame DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) est une fine couche appliquée sur la surface pour améliorer les propriétés du couteau. Le traitement de surface augmente la résistance à l'usure et à l'abrasion. Finement affûtée par des artisans, la surface de la lame présente un motif semblable à un nuage. Il est également forgé dans une lame "hamaguri-ba" en forme de V, reflétant une caractéristique des épées japonaises. Le beau manche, très résistant et facile à nettoyer, est en stratifié, a une forme octogonale et s'adapte parfaitement à la main.  Tous les couteaux Seki Kanetsugu Zuiun Kiwami sont fabriqués à la main. In collaboration with the Italian designer Tommaso Rumici, a unique "muscle knife" was created that combines the distinctive character traits of the Camaro Z28 in form and strength. The elegant Damascus drop-point blade, hand-forged by Chad Nichols with 80 layers in the Tread pattern, reminisces of the sloping cowl induction bonnet of the muscle car. For this purpose, parts of the upper A-arm from the Camaro were used for the blade, that opens smoothly with the blue anodised thumb stud, while the biting stainless steel linerlock reliably locks the knife in place. The aluminium handle in "Le Mans Blue" interprets the lines of the body in a nostalgic way and comes up with exciting details. The notchback, the small rear spoiler and the gill-like air intakes on the rear wings have been beautifully integrated into the knife. The blade axle screw is lovingly inspired by the rims often used on muscle cars, whereas the straight-lined stainless steel clip, milled from the solid, is reminiscent of the chrome-plated door handles. Delivery includes a high-quality floating display, plenty of torque and a gentle breeze in your hair. Handmade in the Boker Manufactory in Solingen.

The extraordinary Boker M4 Sherman-Damascus folder is a piece of living history and combines high-quality craftsmanship with historical materials. The American M4 Sherman was already designed in 1940 and is still considered one of the most famous tanks in history. It was produced between 1942 and 1945, was in service until 1957 and was used on all battlefields of the Second World War.  
The Boker Sherman-Damascus is equipped with a unique damascus blade, forged from different materials from the production of M4 Sherman tanks, which were previously restored by the museum. The unique damascus is forged by hand for us by Chad Nichols in the Customized Ladder pattern and is reminiscent of the tank tracks left in the ground by the heavy chains of the M4 Sherman. The ball bearing blade is opened by thumb stud and locked by a solid steel frame lock, a Hinderer Lock-Stop acts as overstretch protection for the lock.
The overall shape of the knife is a tribute to the aesthetic lines of the armour, while the decorative blade axle screw is modelled on the characteristic main drive sprocket. The slightly contoured burlap micarta handle fits comfortably in the hand and the colour is reminiscent of the camouflage paint used by both the U.S. Army and the Marine Corps. With lanyard hole and practical deep carry clip (tip-up/r). Handmade in the Boker knife manufactory in Solingen. The extraordinary Twisted Damascus is now followed by the Mosaic Damascus, which is also very complex to manufacture. It is one of the royal class of Damascus forging and makes the impressive dagger an absolute highlight in every knife collection. In contrast to conventional Damascus, no layers are produced in the manufacture of Mosaic Damascus. Instead, complex Damascus bars are forged by hand into a mosaic in an elaborate and very complicated process. To do this, the Damascus package, which initially consists of stacked layers, is cut up and reassembled in a staggered manner to create a unique mosaic pattern at the end faces of the bar. The Damascus is then cut up again and the complex process is repeated several times, the resulting pattern becoming finer and more unique with each step. Finally, the individual packages are stacked and forged in the shape of a square so that the ends of the individual pieces form a new surface. Forging temperature, forming, deformation rate and the previous steps must be optimally coordinated. This extremely demanding forging process, which only few Damascus smiths master, is carried out to perfection for our Swiss dagger by Chad Nichols. The dagger blade, sharpened and pointed on both sides, already had a diamond-shaped cross-section in historical models, because this construction proved to be extremely stable and effective. Characteristic of the Swiss Dagger is the design of the pommel and the crossguard. The unusual, curved design can be traced back to the early 13th century and can also be found in the authentic design of our hand-made edition. The shimmering dark handle made of hand-picked certified imported Ebony is bordered by the highly polished pommel and the crossguard and forms a perfect unit with the fine blade. The leather sheath, specially designed and handsewn for this model, underlines the exclusivity of this coveted collector‘s item. It is delivered with an individual serial number in a noble wooden box and with a certificate of authenticity. The non-stainless mosaic damascus is forged for us by hand by Chad Nichols in the Intrepid pattern and is reminiscent of the tank tracks left in the ground by the Tiger's heavy tracks. Unlike conventional damascus, the production of mosaic damascus does not create layers, but complex damascus bars are forged by hand into a mosaic in an elaborate and very complicated process. The ball-bearing blade is opened by a thumb stud and locked by a sturdy steel framelock with a stonewash finish, while a Hinderer lock-stop acts as an over-extension protection for the lock. The overall shape of the knife pays homage to the famous lines of the tank, while the decorative pivot screw is modelled on the main drive sprocket. The slightly contoured handle scales made of burlap micarta are provided with precisely milled grooves, which are reminiscent of the characteristic surface structure of the Zimmerit coating of German armoured vehicles. With lanyard hole and milled clip (tip-up/r) with steel ball. Handmade in the Boker Knife Manufactory in Solingen.
