Böker Leopard-Damascus III folder is a new edition of the Böker Leopard-Damascus series with a flipper and thumbstud. The new version of the third generation of the Boker Leopard-Damascus pocketknife has a flipper and a thumbstud. Strenuous manual labor is needed to forge the tank's barrel steel combined with tool steel (chromium, manganese and vanadium alloy) and 1.3505 bearing steel into more than 300 layers of Damascus steel. The result is a Leopard Damascus blade with unmatched cutting properties and a hardness of 61 to 63 HRC. In each blade, the three different steel types are clearly visible. The handle of CNC-milled AlMgSi1 aluminum is hardcoat-anodized in gray, which creates an interesting contrast to the dark inlay of certified imported Grenadille. Japanese Shiraki Hamono Honyaki kitchen knife is completely handmade. Blade length is 240 mm. The blade is made of Shirogami Japanese carbon steel. A honyaki knife requires tremendous experience and time to make it. Only a small number of craftsmen in the world are able to make a knife like this. Honyaki translates to "properly forged."Honyaki is forged entirely from a single piece of steel. Forging and shaping a knife is very difficult. Steel is rolled and forged many times to evenly distribute carbon.The honyaki knife is tempered unevenly - to higher values ​​(up to HRC64-66) at the cutting edge. In reflected light, the boundary between parts with different hardening is visible and it is called jamon (hamon). The Japanese Honyaki knife requires professionalism in use and sharpening.

Böker Leopard-Damascus I 110084DAM is the exclusive folder, whose blade is forged out of the German battle tank Leopard I. This specialty steel is not available to the market because it was only used for the military. Böker was fortunate to acquire some amout for its exclusive products. A chromium-manganese and vanadium tool steel alloy was added to this extremely wear-resistant barrel steel. The result is a remarkably high hardness for Damascus steel (61-63 HRC). The pattern provided on the blade is labeled "Small Pyramid". Handle material is 6061-T6 aluminum and features certified imported Ziricote wood inlays. Böker Tirpitz-Damascus Wood 42 110197DAM is the extraordinary collectible knife from Böker company. Knife´s elegant lines are enhanced by the full-length scales of domestic walnut. The matte wood of the contoured handle scales is CNC-milled in a three-dimensional design. The coat of arms and name of the Tirpitz takes pride of place on the front. The combination of Tirpitz steel with carbon tool steel also makes for an extremely durable Damascus in 300 layers. With a Rockwell hardness of 61 to 63 HRC, it is equal to any everyday task. The sister ship of the legendary Bismarck was the biggest battleship ever commissioned by the German Navy. Right after the end of World War II, a Norwegian company sent experts to salvage the ship's wreck off the coast of Norway, in order to make the highly alloyed steel available for civilian purposes. Norwegian divers retrieved parts of the armoring of the Tirpitz just for Böker. Our Damascus blacksmith took these pieces of living history and forged an exclusive and exceptional steel with a fascinating history. The mighty blade of hand-forged Damascus steel sports the pattern "Great Pyramid" in 300 layers, which makes this knife the highlight of any blade collection.

Chef knife handmade by Tojiro blacksmiths. Tojiro designs and builds several collections of chef knives at their shop in the Japanese city of Niigata, long known for its knife and tool making expertise. This Chef knife represents the pinnacle of their kitchen knives, hand-forged by a small team outside of the operations where many of their knives are produced. This Laguiole en Aubrac Origin Concorde Black L0112ANI/SSI1 knife handcrafted with steel from the famous Concorde Aircraft.
