Description
The Due Cigni 1896 Fillet knife with 18 cm blade. In the Italian city of cutlery, Maniago, DUE CIGNI (Two Swans) has been producing with passion kitchen scissors and knives of high quality for over a century. Due Cigni uses German 4116 X50CrMoV15 stainless steel for 1896 series. The handle is Walnut wood which has a lovely feel and attractive grain. Weight about 70 g. Not allowed to wash in dishwasher.
