Description
Japanese vegetable knife MCUSTA Zanmai Hybrid Splash with a 9 cm blade. The blade has damascus steel linings with a matte finish. The core is made of VG-10 steel and has a mirror polish. The handle of this knife is made of stabilized ebony (pakkawood) in the shape of an octagon. The bolster is made of nickel silver.
