Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Zebra Santoku knife. Blade lenght is 18 cm. Santoku means 'Three Virtues' or 'To solve Three Problems'. The virtues or problems are slicing, dicing and mincing. The blade of Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Zebra santoku knife is made of of Damascus steel (VG-10), 33 layers. The handle is made of pakka wood with mosaic pin.
