Description

Zwilling Bob Kramer Santoku 18 cm from the series Meiji is ideal for recipes of Asian cuisine. Santoku is an all-rounder in the kitchen thanks to its polished finish on the cutting edge, which can be used particularly well for preparing meat, fish and vegetables. With the 18 cm long blade, you can easily process even larger vegetables such as pumpkins. The core of the blade is made of hard FC61 steel, which is surrounded by 100 layers of two different special steels. Thanks to a special embossing process, the blade is given a damask pattern which makes the knife particularly aesthetically pleasing. The grain is different for each knife. Therefore it's always a unique piece.
Thanks to double ice hardening, the blade of the Bob Kramer's knife is particularly hard and robust and have the best blade's flexibility. The FC61 steel has a high basic hardness about 61 HRC.
The handle of pakkawood with decorative logo pin, is particularly dimensionally stable and durable.
The D-grip fits very well in the hand and ensures perfect handling thanks to balance.
It's recommended to hand wash only, maintain and sharpen on a whetstone and using glass, ceramic or stone cutting boards should be avoided.
Zwilling Bob Kramer Santoku kitchen knife is made in Japan.

The ZWILLING story began on June 13th, 1731 under the sign of Gemini. That’s why their logo is a set of twins. Even though their logo changed quite a bit over the years and the small premium knife manufacturer became a global culinary leader, quality standards have never changed. In fact, it’s quite the opposite- it became a tradition. Today Zwilling is one of the largest and oldest manufacturers of kitchen knives, scissors, cookware and flatware. Here you will find most popular Zwilling knife series: Zwilling Pure, Zwilling Twin Pollux, Zwilling Four Star, Zwilling Five Star, Zwilling Twin Cuisine, Zwilling Twin Profection and other.
